WELL-BEING ASSESSMENTS

Individual well-being assessments provide important information that can help shape the direction of a company’s wellness initiatives. Once we understand which health areas need to be addressed, we can design customized wellness solutions and introduce appropriate interventions. We conduct the following screenings and assessments:

BIOMETRIC SCREENINGS
Biometric screenings provide a baseline analysis regarding the current health status of the entire group. On-site biometric screenings include the following measurements:
▪ Blood Pressure ▪ Total Cholesterol (TC) ▪ Height/Weight
▪ HDL Cholesterol ▪ Body Mass Index (BMI) ▪ LDL Cholesterol
▪ Waist Circumference ▪ TC/HDL Ratio ▪ Blood Glucose ▪ Triglycerides

FINANCIAL WELLNESS ASSESSMENTS
Financial wellness is a vital component that can help maximize the effectiveness of a company’s well-being program. Studies show that financial stress can lead to unhealthy coping behaviors such as overeating, smoking, alcohol and drug abuse. After completing the financial wellness assessment, each participant will receive a personalized financial consultation on how to manage financial matters. This may include strategies for saving, budgeting and reducing debt. Other areas of financial concern may include planning for retirement and assessing personal insurance needs.
